History

Frederick Sheet Metal, Inc was founded in 1883 as John V. Ress Hardware. In the early 1930’s Fred C. Ress took control of the “tin shop” and the business assumed the name of Frederick’s Sheet Metal Shop. Many things have changed over the years, but a constant has been our superior quality of work and service. Today, Frederick Sheet Metal, Inc is a residential, commercial, and small industrial heating and air conditioning contractor providing expert installation and service in Perry and Spencer counties in Indiana and Hancock County in Kentucky.

Frederick Sheet Metal, Inc became a Carrier dealer in 1952. Carrier and Frederick Sheet Metal, Inc have partnered to bring comfort to thousands of homes, businesses, and churches for over 70 years.
